Has anti-inflammatory properties, which helps speed up the healing process for abrasions, insect bites, minor wounds, allergic reactions, and other skin conditions. Also, coconut oil kills fleas and ticks. It makes an excellent, all-natural alternative to chemical preventives as it can be used as a repellent, plus it contains a saturated fat called lauric acid, which coats the exoskeleton of parasites already present on your pet.

🌟Aloe vera is a safe and very highly medicinal plant for pets. There is a lot of misinformation going around about aloe vera being toxic to pets. The green, outer leaves (latex) of the plant can be toxic to animals if ingested, causing vomiting, especially in cats, but the inner gel is perfectly safe for topical and internal use. Aloe has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It soothes, cools and softens the skin.
